It's difficult to actually lift a little finger or murmur a new word when ill. One would just would rather linger on your bed or couch while keeping incredibly still and chanting, "Ill, unwell, go away. Arrive again another day" or maybe "Ill, ill disappear completely. It would make her realize more that there are others who are suffering from discomfort and hurt - emotional, that is - which, only time can tell when would pass.
